This draft explains how ODN handles information in those contexts. Information you provide
The Discuss an Operation form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and message. ODN uses these details to reply, understand the requested operation, assess feasibility, and arrange follow-up. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or restricted operational information through this form.
How ODN uses information
If you become a client, ODN may also use business contact details and project information to scope and coordinate agreed work, deliver the agreed outputs, keep business records, invoice, and meet aviation or other legal obligations. ODN does not use enquiry details to profile visitors or identify people in aerial imagery.
Project imagery and data
Aerial imagery and related project outputs are collected for the client purpose and scope agreed for each operation. ODN’s policy is to avoid identifying people where practical and to crop or blur identifiable people or vehicle plates on request or before public use. Project material is provided to the client as agreed and is not used to profile individuals.
Service providers and retention
The Contact page currently contains a native Webflow form, but its submission storage and email delivery have not been confirmed. ODN plans to host the website on Hostinger, so the form will need a server-side handler. Google Sheets and Resend are not currently connected. Before publication, confirm the final providers, inbox access, storage location, and deletion schedule. The supplied policy proposes 12 months for enquiries, but ODN must confirm that period.
